Goddamn just get Abrams to do JL already
I wouldn’t get too excited it’s In Development, there’s no script, no director etc. It could even take years upon years for it to finally happen. I bet right now they’re just figuring out what the approach will be,
I can also see a scenario where WB is all gung ho about this new project and then the Snyder cut hits, is a huge success and then they'll flip-flop again.
Btw, is Pattinson's Batman now an elseworlds movie/franchise like the Joker?
Seems like very little, lol.I also wonder what communication is like between AT&T and WB. How much are they are on the same page?
Seems like very little, lol.
Honestly, all this talk of multiple versions of everything has me wondering if there’s been some sort of agreement that AT&T/ HBO Max is gonna run their own separate (Snyder-based) DC Universe on streaming while WB will continue on as planned with theirs, and they just won’t bother with each other. Which would beg the question...are they “sharing custody“ of Gadot, Momoa and Miller?
What I meant by the “shared custody” thing was that Gadot, Momoa and Miller would still have their own WB solo franchises on the big screen, not that they would be joining any hypothetical new JL.I actually would love that, that way we all win.
For me if this Jl Rebirth happens I think they should just do it with a whole new cast.

Well even if that happens Mamoas gonna do what maximum 2 more Aquaman movies and Gadot likely 1 more after WW84?,
I don’t see JL continuing on HBO Max if they’re doing a Rebirth movie. Thing is I can see them looking at a rebooted JL after Flashpoint with Mamoa, Gadot & Miller and as another opinion a rebooted JL with a new cast.
But this is why I take the reports with a pinch of salt, they will need to decide what they want todo and what approach to take. Honestly I don’t think now is the right time which is why I think they will wait to make any potential decisions until after ZSJL has been released.
don't forget if we finally end up with a Cavill solo then WB's like, meh, we'll reboot everything, like, do a JL film without 3 of our superstars sitting right there, still in their contract
A reboot with a fresh young cast would be more cost effective going forward for sequels.
Didn't think it was possible to screw up continuity worse than Fox/X-Men, but here we are.Messy co-parenting.
Why not? They could continue that with the old cast while a new cast is on the big screenWell even if that happens Mamoas gonna do what maximum 2 more Aquaman movies and Gadot likely 1 more after WW84?,

She was mostly absent from that season. She was essentially in a coma. They did have her come back for episode of Season 5 though.
So from what I've been able to gather:
- Multiple cast members were vocal about their distaste for the rewritten dialogue, including Jeremy Irons who described them as '****ing stupid' and went off to his trailer to rewrite them himself
- Whedon was particularly unpleasant to Gadot, so much so that afterwards one of the producers forbade him from addressing the cast without a studio representative present
- Whedon refused to address Ray Fisher's concerns about his character, his stance being that he didn't take notes from Robert Downey Jr., so why would he extend that courtesy to Fisher?
- Both Gadot and her stunt double refused to do the boob faceplant scene, resulting in Whedon locking the latter in a room and threatening to end her career
- Affleck tried to convince the cast to walk out (but to no avail, obviously)
- During Gadot's final ADR session, Whedon threatened to interfere with Wonder Woman 1984 just as he did Justice League
