I think something from here will roll over to MoM, and as long as they deliver a solid resolution to this film while doing so, I'd be in favour of that. It should help hype up MoM even more as many people are going to be seeing this film. I'm also expecting MoM to be a massive upgrade on the first DS film and am really looking forward to it.

There's the Raimi connection too.

I am not saying Andrew or Tobey guest starring in MoM as a co-lead or the like but just seeing say, Strange escorting Maguire Spidey back to his home reality at the start would be cool.

That would be bloody amazing! Yes I think Raimi is made for MoM more so than any other director has been for the MCU film they took on, and I imagine there's a good chance he'd love to feature at least something small from his original Spider-Man universe. The way he continuously features those Bruce Campbell cameos suggests he likes having these little nods in his films.

I don't think this will directly lead into MoM like some think. This movie is going to stand on its own, as will MoM. Sam may toss in a Spider-Man Easter egg into that movie, but I think those expecting sister movies or for MoM to pick up Strange story immediately after this one will be disappointed. The lead in to MoM will prob be post credits.

Same thing. Wolverine is an integral part of the xmen and the face of the brand . So he’s going to have his own big budget gdd as me is a win for the xmen

I originally rated this trailer a 9. I loved it. Then I went back and watched The Batman trailer again...

...now I feel like this trailer is more like 5. Still hyped though.

What is up with all these Andrew saves MJ videos flooding YouTube? A lot of fans are saying it’s Andrew hand in the shot reaching for MJ and it was just another example of the poor editing job done in the clip.It does look suspicious and looks nothing like Toms suit.

I got to say…maybe I’m reaching but damn that would be one hell of a redemption arc for Andrew Garfields Spider-Man and I imagine the theatre would go absolute ape crazy if that happens. If that happens I’m either having a heart attack or crying or possibly having a heart attack after I’m done crying.

I’m too much of a Garfield fan boy….

But I’m still holding out hope that Disney pays homage and gives the characters of Tobey/Andrew respect with moments such as that.

Still think it would be one hell of a moment and the MCU loves those big audience going crazy moments.

I know there has been talk about Peter and how he could be better and what people thought about both far from how and home coming saw one person loved home coming but didnt like far from home. That I dont get lol not sure how you could have loved one but not loved the other. MCU spiderman is not perfect but both movies where pretty darn good over all and both movies did a great job with the villain. Far from home did a good job with Peter and his spider sense. Now we are getting the 2 best live action spiderman villains back and I think villains are a big reason that spiderman is has good has he is be it movies, cartoons, games etc. So how can you not be hyped? My biggest issue would be the supporting cast with the first 2 mcu movies but at least we have Jamison back wonder how much screen time he has hoping like spiderman 1-3 screen time.

Seen a few leaks confirm that and Feige is also walking around telling people to turn down their expectations. We'll see how it turns out.
