Not a problem you have with a guy like Rondo. I kind of think the best "fit" for the Lakers is to have Russ out there when AD and LBJ are generally out (but not injured out.....) to just sort of keep things close.

Russ of a few years ago? Yeah. This Russ? Is he not going to cost them points? Also, I get the idea that he really wants to make this work. But he has a lot of pride. Would he actually say yes?

The whole reason they got him, was to make up for when LeBron wasn't playing. And he's already killing them there.

Yeah. I don't think they can even dump him if they want. They will have to make it work. Or more likely, get destroyed by the Warriors in the first round. Klay isn't even playing yet!

The Warriors are looking down right vicious these days. I thought about trying to trade Russ, but that seems even more unlikely than him fitting in with the second unit.

I was listening to Mychal Thompson on the radio yesterday and he said that because Klay hadn’t been able to move laterally, he’d just been working on his jumpshot nonstop. Klay told him he’s shooting better than he ever has in his life. That’s FING scary

One of my friends in Santa Cruz had season tickets to the Warriors G league team down there. We went a few times and it’s really fun and entertaining. I have a black Santa Cruz Warriors T-shirt that has a pretty awesome logo. I’ll post it when I have access to my computer

I desperately want this to work and to thrive. But my biggest concern is that Vogel can’t get it done. I think that Spoelstra, or Doc could figure this out, but not Vogel.

I like Russ too. We went to the same high school and UCLA has always had my favorite college sports teams (Edit: Except for the mighty, fighting Banana Slugs of UC Santa Cruz. LOL). I really thought they'd be able to mesh by now, but it appears I was wrong.

AD just went OFF last night.
