I agree that Origins is better than TLS (though both are terrible). Origins took a dump on Wolverine and Deadpool, TLS took a dump on the entire franchise. Also, Origins had Live Schreiber and Ryan Reynolds, so it is automatically better.

But of course people will say Origins is better because it was less disappointing and X3 had bigger stakes and was a sequel to a great movie.

No idea. But apparently it's supposed to be one hell of an end credits sequence, from what we've heard.

X3 bastardized the Dark Phoenix Saga and Whedon's Gifted storyline at the same time, it's worse than Origins.

maybe, but then does that mean that synopsis we read isn't true?

idk maybe they are throwing us for another loop trying to trick us lol i dont know which direction this movie is going in anymore which is good because I can still see it and be surprised.

I think it's possible...

I do as well, this just changes my assumptions thus far and what to expect from the movie.

Blame Joss Whedon. I already liked her, but that man made my Kitty love everlasting. And then they cast Ellen Page.

True, Ellen is a fantastic choice to play Kitty. There was "that scene" between her and Colossus in Whedon's run (Logan's reaction afterword was priceless). Kitty is great and we shall se her again, in all of her kitty-like glory.

I haven't watched Last Stand in years. I check out bits of Origins when it is on FX. Guess Origins wins in my house.

Perhaps, but the question was which one did we think was better (I think that Origins is better because it didn't bastardize two of the greatest X-Men stories of all time at the same time. Also, I prefer the story (as little as there was) and the dialogue in Origins over X3. VE, Cinematography, and Music-X3 does win, I agree with you there.

The dialogue in X3 was pure cheese.

But Origins took it to the another level and most of the dialogues sounded so cliche!!!
