Judith is going to be immune to the virus cause she was never vaccinated as a baby :awesome::awesome::awesome:

But they don't do it like they do for black people.

You mean like how the show introduced the Governor an episode before killing Lori, and introduced Abraham and Eugene two episodes after killing Hershel and The Governor, and is bringing on a new white girl played by Alexandra Breckenridge a certain number of episodes after killing Beth? :o

And before anyone takes me too seriously, yes I'm aware it's a crap argument, but frankly, so are the accusations, so...

So a dude that has gone beast mode on DOZENS of Walkers multiple times get punked by a tiny teenage walker? Mkay.

I didn't get that either. One kid zombie got him? Come on! Dude was like a one man army with his hammer when it came down to taking out zombies. What a weak way for him to go out.

As far as racism goes on the show, I can't say I'm surprised though. The cast was getting a tid bit "to dark" and I knew that wouldn't last long. Not racism but just clear as day some of them would be taken out. Just sad it had to be Tyrese. Noah has caused 2 people to die because of his dumb decisions. I can't stand him!

I'm actually rooting for the zombies to get Noah. #zombiesoverNoah

So when is Alexandra Breckenridge joining the show? It should be soon, right?

.... Two? Beth was the one that made the dumb decision. Noah agreed to stay with Dawn. Beth was the one that decided to stab the person holding the gun all by herself.

Noah is a bit of a prick though. He left Beth to get captured just to save his own skin, and then he set some walkers on Daryl and Carol an episode or two later. He's (kind of) redeemed himself since then, but his own rash actions played a part in Tyreese getting killed. Keeping him around does kind of put the group in danger, all in all.

I don't see how that could be understood as leaving her behind to save his own skin. What Shane did to Otis was leaving someone behind to save his own skin. Beth got caught, Noah didn't. There was nothing he could do, which is why he spends the rest of his appearances trying to get weapons to go back and save Beth. If he had turned back around either they all would have gotten eaten and Daryl and the group never would have made it to the hospital or they'd both end up back inside with a few more scars and Daryl and the group never would have made it to the hospital.

and then he set some walkers on Daryl and Carol an episode or two later.

And he left them with enough weapons to defend themselves. Yeah, it's kind of a dick move. But he made sure they'd live and that they'd only be distracted long enough for him to chain the door he slipped out of. But it's not like he's throwing zombies at them for ****s and giggles like Merle and the Governor did to Glenn.

Not as much as Tyreese continuing to wander around the house alone and getting distracted by the pictures of the kids. Yeah, he was there because of Noah but it's not like Noah asked Tyreese to come into the house with him. He was in the house because of Tyreese, yeah. But it's not like Noah made him walk in first and get swarmed.

Keeping him around does kind of put the group in danger, all in all.

Not as much as Eugene though.

You're right about Noah, but still have to admit he had the constant slow limp with Beth, right up til he saw his window and turned on the turbo jets to sprint past her and threw that fence :woot:

to everyone saying the whole, 'they keep killing off black people': maybe the show is truly color blind and doesn't acknowledge the skin color of the people they kill off, so even if there's been a streak of black deaths to them it's just a streak of deaths, period

I think it started as a running joke, but some take it a little more serious.

Here's a thing though, it's the State of Georgia, Atlanta area, and I think I can count on one hand how many black walkers have ever been shown in 5 seasons (granted they are more decomposed now so it's harder to tell either way). Very little, only reason I could think of, is the show trying it's best to not have many episodes showing white people bash in the heads of blacks on the regular :shr:

The more I think about it, the more I think that Tyreese should have died at the beginning of season 5 instead of Bob. It would have made SO much more sense.

Tyreese dying because he inadvertently caused his own demise by not killing that Terminus guy in the cabin. Would have made much more sense, considering the story arc that they were trying to build up with Tyreese.

Tyreese hallucinating about the Governor was just some silly, pandering fanservice to the comic book fans, since the Governor killed him in the comics and such. So. Stupid.

In the comics, dale died instead of bob and he was romantically involved with andrea, who's dead on the show.

so it seems like they are replacing andrea's role in the comics with sasha on the show (her love interest gets eaten by cannibals, and she becomes a sharp shooter)

that's why bob died.

Yeah, I know. I just think it's dumb to want to follow the comic books NOW when they weren't doing that before. The show is suffering big time for it, too.

Not at the very least.

Plus they included the Governor not just for "fan service". If anything I was sad they didn't include Karen in his hallucinations.

sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't. i'd say the television show has veered far enough away from the comics that it's its own storyline, but still does pick up the major events from the comics.

It also works that she wasn't there because Ty told the Gov hallucination that he forgave Carol and stuck with it until the end.

And that's why I think the Governor stuff was just fan service.

Karen should have been in those hallucinations. It would have made sense for her to be there. The other hallucinations make far less sense without her there.

If you're still enjoying the show, great. I think it blows now. That's just one person's opinion though.

But he also told Carol last season that he forgave, but he wouldn't forget.

EDIT: And when the Terminus dude was having that conversation with Tyreese in the cabin during the season premiere, he asked Ty about his relationship with Judith and Carol. He called Judith "a friend." When asked about Carol, he said nothing.

Tyreese was still holding some strong feelings about the whole situation, but that's another thing left totally undeveloped.

Turns out Melissa Ponzio (Karen) is on Chicago Fire now. Probably why she wasn't on last night's ep.

I'm just shocked as s*** that they pulled off so many cameos without word getting out beforehand. Especially the Governor.

I found the premiere boring and I can't believe they killed Tyreese off. :csad:
