Oh, thanks. Some funny stuff in the trailer I saw with Kazuya throwing and booting some Smash guys over a cliff. No, just a Tekken character in Smash.

I bet they'll have another big direct in November for it.So no Super Switch.
I'm underwhelmed by this E3.
Incoming solo Direct?Huh, Nintendo also didn't mention the Diamond/Pearl remakes. Weird.
No way BOTW2 makes 2022.
Didn't that game just come out? Also, the gag in that trailer wasn't exactly encouraging either.
The original yeah. This game won’t be out for years as Obsidian have a ton of projects on the go. They’re being straight up about it.Didn't that game just come out? Also, the gag in that trailer wasn't exactly encouraging either.

Not everyone views these things in the same way. For me when a game is announced it improves my life from that moment for years of fun speculation (the only reason I joined the Hype) until I get it. I find the usual Bethesda method of radio silence until release quite boring. Also that was a fun announcement. If you’re a fan of a particular series it’s great to get confirmation that another game is at least be in the pipeline. I wish I could have got that for Killer Instinct for eg, even if they said it was many years away. Then they shouldn't have announced it yet.

Yeah, it's super-frustrating if after all that time and anticipation the game doesn't end up getting made. And you're right, I think most people would agree with you rather than me on this. Microsoft announced a bunch of titles last year that I'm very much interested in that we saw nothing of at this E3 (part of the backlash against CGI trailers). Obviously COVID didn't help. I was just highlighting that there are some of us out there who want announcements as early as possible so we can spend years speculating and discussing it with other fans, which might not be obvious. My thing about that is that sometimes we could be going years of radio silence from an announcement, OR the game could just totally die on the vine during that time. It has happened.
Ha, the original Fallout guys too (InXile).I can't believe Microsoft bought both the Fallout guys and the Fallout New Vegas guys. It's like buying out pepsi and coke at the same time. They can have Bethesda. I'm gonna miss Obsidian though (or buy a PC somewhen)
Then they shouldn't have announced it yet.

Nintendo would've been better off waiting to announce Breath of the Wild 2 this year.
I was watching some timeline stuff, and it seems the reason they revealed it when they did, is because they started hiring right after they announced it. I guess they wouldn't have been able to keep it a secret.Even last year would have been better.

I think the idea was to have it out for the 35th anniversary. Then COVID struck. I don't blame them.
