And to be fair, a heck of alot of fans believed him, so it worked.

I believed from the first Fandomwire report that they were in it so I didn't take his denials all that seriously, but, at the end of the day the vast majority of people are gonna be in for a treat.

Gotta say though, I *love* the red and black suit. It’s always been my personal favourite colour combo on Spidey at at least with those suits, they didn’t scream “high tech” like those ridiculous Iron Spider suits.

Man I love it so much and its awesome to see that they are still keeping the white eyes which I've always like on Holland's suits. I am so ready for this homemade suit and I'm glad we atleast get a good look at it early instead of waiting all the way until the next film comes out. You just can't beat the classic red and blue IMO.

Just saw a leaked clip of the final swing with the new suit. It's slightly different than the one above, the belt is properly connected. It's basically what everyone has been asking for since the beginning, it looks absolutely amazing. Possibly the best on screen look, hope we get to see more of it in the future.

I'm guessing they decided on this ending just in case another deal between Sony & Disney couldn't be reached. Now nobody in the MCU has any reason to bring up Spider-Man ever again.

Looks cool, I am hoping they keep the Stark Tech aspects from the other suits as a tribute to Iron Man.

Part of the Matt Murdock scene has leaked, and if you’ve read the leaked descriptions and saw the Campea leak then you pretty much get a good gist of what the scene is. That’s Cox’s only scene in the movie and its pretty cool. It works quite well as a MCU re-introduction of the character to fans and a full-on introduction to audiences who haven’t seen the Netflix show.
