Confirmed for 2022 at FanDome.

Yep. Part of next year’s slate.

Looks like they gave John a bit of Kyle's origin.

Looks decent enough

I love this new continuity, even ifJustice Society seemed to go astray in its third act. This movie looks great. Literally any/all of these recent DTVs could make for excellent live action adaptations too (especially Man of Tomorrow).

I wonder if all the Lanterns are revealed to be alive in the anti-matter universe. Wasn’t there rumor or announcement that of a Crisis adaptation?

Do we have any info on the voice cast for this one? Stewart sounds very familiar, but I just can’t put my finger on it.

It's a little strange that they released a trailer before announcing the voice cast. It's different from every other movie they're done.

It almost sounds like Yahya the more I listen to it.

EDIT: Actually nvm. Starting to think it might be Aldis Hodge.

I'm glad GL fans are finally getting fed after years of crumbs. Between this and Kilowog & Tomar-Re on Young Justice, it seems that we've been invited back to the party.

Here we go…

Was trying to figure out whose voice that was for Ollie too. Wouldn’t have even thought of Simpson.

I hope that is a lengthy documentary, as the special features have gotten really sparse recently. I suppose it's just the way things are going.

They seem to have dropped their ''Sneak Peeks'' as well which was a staple from Superman: Doomsday up to Batman: The Long Halloween - Part Two (teasing Injustice).

Sounds like a strong cast. I wonder who is playing Sinestro.

Giving John Stewart the Kyle Raynor (last lantern) story doesn't seem to be such a bad idea for on-screen adaptation. Some of these Lanterns are going to have to fall by the wayside.

A good trio of Earth-based Lanterns, IMO would be Hal Jordan, John Stewart, and Jessica Cruz. And maybe throw in Guy Gardner as additional comic relief.

There are way too many earth Green Lanterns. Honestly I would just do John, Hal, and Kyle. No shot at the rest of the Earth GLs but there's too many and they're either boring or redundant.
So yeah them 3 and then have more alien characters like Arisa (no Hal hookup), Katma Tui, Boodika, and/or Aya for any women characters that need to be added. And then of course there's Kilowog, Tomar Re, Galius or whoever.

While it's cool that John is getting his own DTV, I'm not sure I'm going to watch it until I hear what this movie does with Hal.

More John Stewart is awesome! I will gladly buy this one. I use to buy every single one of these DTV animated films, but the past year or so I've missed a couple. This one intrigues me. More GL stuff is always cool to see. Need more variety other than Batman & Superman.

Nah it has to be John, Hal and Jessica. They’re the ones with the most outside media appearances

No it doesn't "have" to be them because of outside media appearances. The number of outside media appearances doesn't mean a thing when choosing who to adapt in a film. That's silly.
Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne had more outside media appearances than Scott Lang and Hope Pym. But Edgar Wright/the MCU decided to use Scott to be the primary ones holding the Ant-Man and Wasp mantle in the solo films

And even if that did matter, Guy and maybe even Kyle have ore outside media appearance than Jessica. Green Lantern in other media - Wikipedia.

If people want Jessica, I prefer Kyle, but cool. But selecting her because of her other media appearances is an odd reason

I'l be honest, I really want to see "Green Lantern: Emerald Twilight, A New Dawn" adapted. I would love to see Hal snap and be the baddie, destroying everything, leaving just Kyle as the sole GL. Kyle Rayner feels like the most relatable GL. Always had Peter Parker vibes.

Guy and especially Kyle, do not have more outside media appearances than Jessica.

Hal, John, and Jessica… the ones that matter, at least to me. DC seems to think that way as they’re the ones getting the most attention in comics and outside media recently
