Been away from this forum for a bit... Any idea who the “femme fatale” role could be? Was there any talk about it at all?

The rumor is Jessica Drew.

If it's not Drew I will make it my personal life mission to meet Kevin Feige and give him a good slap on his bald head. It's about time they introduce her and this movie is the perfect chance to do it since it's a Marvel/Sony collaboration.

She should be introduced in a Captain Marvel movie. I'd rather have Black Cat or Silver Sable in the movie instead.

Maybe the name of the sequel is "Spider-man: field trip"

I can picture the students at some sort of festival, having fun and giving room for some nice character writing (sort of like in Spectacular Spider-man), and then Mysterio shows up with a big attention catching performance.

First the kids are intrigued, Betty Brant or someone can say that the guy is kind of creepy. then suddenly one of the students, can be anyone really, becomes part of the trick and it is revealed to be something sadistic and theres a ticking clock to save this person

Those same rumors also say she'll actually be Black Cat with Jessica's name (Which wouldn't be shocking, given Ned/Ganke). But they also try to claim that Feige lied and the movie actually takes place BEFORE Infinity War, which makes absolutely zero sense.

Eh, the amount of field trips is within reason based on my experience.

I only gratudated a year ago, and my high school had a lot of trips like that. Our band always took a trip to both Florida and California to compete, and then the school had a club that would go on a trip to several European countries during our April break week.

Based on what we know about the school, they have way more money than mine ever had so I imagine they’d fund some trips.

But because Spider-Man is a hologram even people like Kraven can't find him.

They probably do higher profile type trips for education. Also, since they won the competition in DC maybe that qualified them for one in London. I dunno.

But yes, I see a trend. At least it's not one character getting kidnapped over and over.

Plus, Sony revealed during their email leaks they were interested in dropping Spidey in locations other than New York so it's been matching up.
