Episode 6: For All Time. Always. (Spoiler Discussion)

No, they did. Much like Sylvie is Loki, He Who Remains is Kang. They are both the same person, just variants of one another.
Yep. We are about to witness the war of the Kang variants. Well that, or we are about to live in the world where the worst variant won.

Indeed. It appears we now know who our phase villain will be. I knew Ant-Man 3 couldn't possibly be it for him as the villain. But now I ask, where else may Kang appear? Or be connected? Outside the obvious Ant-Man 3 and Loki season 2. He has to be the phase's big bad. I mean....come on, lol

I could see him being a factor in the FF movie. Kang has an extensive history with them. Actually having fought them as Rama Tut before ever fighting the Avengers. May we also be seeing some kind of New Avengers team for Avengers 5 putting an end to Kang?

Well that was epic!

I really thought it was going to be King Loki to fit the narrative and theme but actually in the end they made Kang (or his variant) make total sense and actually created the best conflict between Sylvie and Loki. It just worked.

So excited to see Kang introduced to the MCU and he must surely be the next big bad after that. I can't see his only other appearance being in Ant-Man 3, I reckon different versions of him will pop up in several films and shows.

My guess is this all leads to an Avengers film where Kang takes centre stage, before it leads to an utimate phase 4/5 finale of Secret Wars, which is about one of the only stories they could tell that could get close to the scale of Infinity War/Endgame.

LOVED the cliffhanger too! Bring on series 2!

Expected Kang and I got Kang or Immortus specifically. Definitely just an episode to setup a second season, but it seems obvious we’re now gonna see a second season of Loki trying to get back to the “original” TVA. I wonder how Slyvie feels now?

Secret Wars is definitely going to be the IW/EG of this era.

I went into this with low expectations and still came out deeply underwhelmed. This finale was almost entirely exposition. Literally a guy behind a desk telling us why the show exists. The implications set up at the end of the show are more interesting than anything that happened throughout the runtime of the show itself.

I really loved the episode but I agree with you. Honestly this should have been episode 5, setting up for an action packed episode 6 finale. I was really underwhelmed with last week’s episode since I felt it didn’t move things along enough for a season that has just 6 episodes to begin with.

So we still don’t know what the “King Loki in Asgard” footage is all about. I wonder if it was actually part of Sylvie’s nexus event.

I actually think it was part of what Miss Minutes was offering Loki and Sylvie. If they excepted He who remains offer there most likely would've been a Illusion where Loki was king of Asguard

This season seemed to be all set up for the next phase. While the acting and new characters were all great, they clearly weren’t going for a self contained story with neat ending this season.

I really enjoyed the finale and it does indeed have as big consequences for the MCU as many of us hoped. The Multiverse is open to bring all sorts of craziness and I'll definitely be here for it.

they really going to make us wait to see Mobious on a jet ski, so i just seen that this will have a s2 wasn't really following the news like that so it softens the blow but on my ledger Marvel is 0 - 3 in season finales didn't like that Ralph Bohner BS and the falcon and winter soldier i found ludacris that a bunch of government officials get kidnapped and no war machine when he was in the first episode any way

i hope next season it's next year not farther then that

if this was a series finale, i would agree. but this was a season finale.
