1 step forward 1 step back for Chelsea. They don’t seem to have the x-factor and confidence of winning (and maybe even luck) when Cole Palmer isn’t playing. I wonder where they’d be this season if they hadn’t signed him.Well Arsenal have made sure on this one, lol, the goal difference is very much in their favour which is no bad thing either when its tight at the top. Bad week for Chelsea just when it looked like they might be getting somewhere. Battering.
Looks like they are pretty much done but I hope Leeds can grab the other automatic spot.Big win for Leicester as well to put themselves within 3 points of getting back to the Prem for sure after a 5-0 win themselves against Southampton.
Can’t believe it’s taken till near the end of the season for Utd to even have a positive goal difference. As usual we make the easy, look difficult. If we could actually finish & if the Sheffield United keeper didn't turn into prime Buffon for this single game, we'd have scored 6 or 7 tonight, Garnacho in particular really should have had at least 1.
Conceding 2 against this Sheffield United team is also an indication of how poor we are defensively as they're one of the worst Premier League sides I can ever remember watching. Enter Onana, handing them a gift wrapped goal from a lazy pass out & the second was so poor, we've too many players who like to ball watch & not enough of them that will take charge of the situation. Aside from those 2 dreadful goals to concede, which has been a tale of our season, we dominated, unsurprising given how historically poor Sheffield United have been this season & we really should have scored a few more & partially corrected/stat padded our appalling goal difference this season.
Just ticking off games now till the end of the season really, FA Cup would be nice to win, but I'd be surprised if we can beat City. IF we can beat Palace/Burnley in our next 2 games, the home tie with Newcastle will likely decide who plays in Europa League or Europa Conference.
Brighton don’t seem to be the same team in the second half of the season. First half Brighton would have been a legit tricky tie for city tonight, but then I don’t think City are at their very best either. Hopefully we can see some dropped points for the sake of the title race.Big game tonight then for City at Brighton. Some dropped points tonight would make things interesting but you just never know what Brighton side will turn up these days and they dont have a lot to play for now. Still a potentially tricky tie for City to at least come over although they likely will given their track record. Would also give Liverpool a glimmer of hope after a bad day yesterday as well. Arsenal would be loving it even more though.
Lol, more like a Unicycle than a bus, was all over by HT.Wasn't able to watch the game. Did Brighton try to park the bus?

Far too easy for City in the end and no trouble going back to second with a convincing 4-0 win. They still have Spurs to play but otherwise hard to see them dropping many points now.
