Well City won’t have it all their own way. Good if Arsenal can at least force them to win all their games. Last day pressure could also be a factor.

Well Arsenal have made sure on this one, lol, the goal difference is very much in their favour which is no bad thing either when its tight at the top. Bad week for Chelsea just when it looked like they might be getting somewhere. Battering.
1 step forward 1 step back for Chelsea. They don’t seem to have the x-factor and confidence of winning (and maybe even luck) when Cole Palmer isn’t playing. I wonder where they’d be this season if they hadn’t signed him.

Big win for Leicester as well to put themselves within 3 points of getting back to the Prem for sure after a 5-0 win themselves against Southampton.

Looks like they are pretty much done but I hope Leeds can grab the other automatic spot.

Penalty given to Everton against Liverpool, but ruled out by VAR for offside.

This time Everton get it over the line after a scrappy battle to force it in. 1-0 Everton, and Liverpool need to pick themselves up if they are going to remain competitive in the title race.

Sheff Utd 1-0 up at OT after Onana passes it to them on the edge of the box

1-1 Maguire gets us level. Struggling against the worst side in the league in the first half.

Everton 2-0 up now against Liverpool!

Utd 2-2 vs Sheff Utd.

Newcastle losing 1-0 to Palace.

Well we got there in the end but we dont like to make it easy these days, we concede against everyone, literally terrible at the back and give the opponents no matter who it is a sniff every game. Not boring but not convincing either.

Big result in the Merseyside derby. Everton pretty much turning it into a two horse race now with a surprise 2-0 win. Liverpool have sort of collapsed at the pivotal moment it seems, another poor result and performance from them, wonder what has derailed them so much with Klopp leaving at the end of the season it seemed that would galvanise them to the end but doenst look like anything but the Caraboa cup for them at the moment.

As usual we make the easy, look difficult. If we could actually finish & if the Sheffield United keeper didn't turn into prime Buffon for this single game, we'd have scored 6 or 7 tonight, Garnacho in particular really should have had at least 1.

Conceding 2 against this Sheffield United team is also an indication of how poor we are defensively as they're one of the worst Premier League sides I can ever remember watching. Enter Onana, handing them a gift wrapped goal from a lazy pass out & the second was so poor, we've too many players who like to ball watch & not enough of them that will take charge of the situation. Aside from those 2 dreadful goals to concede, which has been a tale of our season, we dominated, unsurprising given how historically poor Sheffield United have been this season & we really should have scored a few more & partially corrected/stat padded our appalling goal difference this season.

Just ticking off games now till the end of the season really, FA Cup would be nice to win, but I'd be surprised if we can beat City. IF we can beat Palace/Burnley in our next 2 games, the home tie with Newcastle will likely decide who plays in Europa League or Europa Conference.

Big game tonight then for City at Brighton. Some dropped points tonight would make things interesting but you just never know what Brighton side will turn up these days and they dont have a lot to play for now. Still a potentially tricky tie for City to at least come over although they likely will given their track record. Would also give Liverpool a glimmer of hope after a bad day yesterday as well. Arsenal would be loving it even more though.

Can’t believe it’s taken till near the end of the season for Utd to even have a positive goal difference.

Brighton don’t seem to be the same team in the second half of the season. First half Brighton would have been a legit tricky tie for city tonight, but then I don’t think City are at their very best either. Hopefully we can see some dropped points for the sake of the title race.

KDB scores with a great header. Oh well.

City 1-0 up in the first half, good start for them.

Foden gets another goal from a deflected free kick. Bad from the defender who turned away from the ball. 2-0 already and not looking like a title banana skin so far.

Foden again. This dude is in amazing form. 3-0! Terrible mucking about at the back from Brighton though.

Not even a contest at the moment, Brighton need to do a Coventry here, I doubt City will let them quite as easily as we did though. :funny:

4-0 lol. Brighton not at the races today.

Wasn't able to watch the game. Did Brighton try to park the bus?
Lol, more like a Unicycle than a bus, was all over by HT.

Far too easy for City in the end and no trouble going back to second with a convincing 4-0 win. They still have Spurs to play but otherwise hard to see them dropping many points now.

lol

Yeah, I only see them possibly dropping points against Spurs (maybe West Ham but a big if)
