Robert Pattinson IS The Batman

Yea, I don't care about popularity contests, I say we just enjoy the Batmen as they come.

REMINDER EVERYONE: There is NO discussion of Batman v Superman, Justice League, or the Batfleck version of the character in The Batman subforum. It always deteriorates into an emotional competition and results in flaming and trolling.

If it happens again, we will be taking actions against posters who should know better. I remind you all that the ban of these topics is stickied at the top of the subforum by Doctor Jones. Everyone should read it. Ignorance of the rule will be no excuse for new posters.

I missed this happening, but I’m so glad to hear it! I’m genuinely always so impressed with how generally civil and well moderated these forums are. I think SHH might just be one of the few genuinely shiny corners of the internet. Thanks for your service.

Lol

Lol at the odd identifiable facial moles on Kilmer, Bale, and Affleck. The one on Ben would be such a dead ass giveaway to his identity too SMH ... Keaton is still the best looking Bruce Wayne.

Celis got the nose all wrong, it's too large and pointed. The philtrum, i.e., the length between the nose and upper lip, is way too long as well. That said, it's definitely not a bad rendering of West.

Pattinson and Clooney look enough like their respective RL counterparts.

Keaton's face is unique in that it lends itself to caricature by virtue of his slightly weird-looking features, and Celis clearly had a lot of fun with that. Getting Looney Tunes vibes from this one as well.

Kilmer looks about right ... Cro-Magnon influences notwithstanding. lol

Ben bears the strongest resemblance to the comics/animated series Bruce Wayne here. Just erase the mole and reduce the pronounced jowls, and there he is.

Okay. Bale. I'd be reticent to say I don't see some resemblance there, but the man still deserves better. Caricature art or not, a do-over would ahem, do nicely. Maybe a little less goblin, a little more Bale this time around? I don't know. Just a thought.

I said earlier that West's looks like Lee Harvey Oswald...

And now I think Bale's looks a little like Bush jr. :hehe: Kinda fitting, with the whole war on terror inspiration for TDK...

Bale was originally cast in Oliver Stone’s W but wound up dropping out, actually!

We’re doing deep dives into the accuracy of caricatures now?

Folks... we need some damn news. :o
