Uncharted

Man this looks bad and for some reason it feels like an out of date early 2000's adventure movie like Tomb Raider or a really low rent National Treasure or something from that era.

As much as I like Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg seeing them just play themselves isn't interesting in the least and almost every scene involving them fell flat IMO even the action beats.

Nicolas Cage for Nathan Drake.

They should just do a crossover with Angelina Jolie’s Tomb Raider. It’s the only thing that could make it interesting.

At this point I honestly wouldn't mind seeing Nic Cage in another National Treasure movie if this is the kind of cheap, generic stuff we are getting nowadays. I know its been forever since the last one, but I feel like it would at least look more fun and interesting than whatever this is supposed to be.

Angelina apparently hated the role.

That CGI/green screen plane sequence...

That plane sequence reminds me of The Living Daylights only fake as hell. Pretty bad when a movie over 30 years old did it better lol.

The Treasure Hunters Cinematic Universe couldbe huge. Get old Harrison Ford, Angelina Jolie, Nic Cage, Alicia Vikander and Tom Holland. It's gold, I tell you! :argh:
Oh god a PlayStation cinematic universe with God of War, Infamous, Twisted Metal, and Last of Us.

Sony, you've done it again. This looks like the most generic, lifeless product the studio could shell out. The two leads are tremendously miscast, especially Markie Mark, and it doesn't have any of the character and charm of the games.

That scene in Living Daylights was great. You know why it looked better 30 years ago? Because they got a stunt guy on the back of a plane and did it for real.

Although to be fair they nearly killed him when the net bounced up in the wind and almost hit the fuselage with the stuntman still on it.

Oh **** that’s terrifying. Glad the guy didn’t die.

Still; fantastic sequence. TLD isn’t one of my favorite Bond films but that fight sequence is amazing.

As someone who played one level of one of the games, I feel sorry for its fans. It looks really bland. And Holland is so incredibly miscast as Drake. It just looks so generic. Wahlberg looks like he was borrowed from a barbecue for three hours.

I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry.

Well, I'll take Sophia Ali as Chloe Frazer. The rest? Who are these people?

It doesn't look bad overall as some random adventure movie (if rather generic). But Uncharted?

Why didn’t Sony try to capitalize off the fan made film with Nathan Fillion? That would have made for a great series

Drake is clearly supposed to have a rogue-ish Indiana Jones type personality to him while Sully is a “been there, done that, good luck kid” personality. I know this a “how it started” kind of movie but neither of them show any hint of those personalities.

not gonna lie hearing part of the Nate's theme in the trailer made me smile
