Nice,, I always wondered what a Lucas created Marvel film would look like. Vader clearly had parallels elements to Doom.
Although the bigger parallel opus would have been Jack Kirby's Fourth World saga, particularlu Darkseid, the Source, and the Pact story line.
Imagine Lucas on that in 70s

That would pretty awesome.
Lucas handling the New Gods and characters like Darkseid, would be the perfect Fit!

Love that, retroactively set 10 y before in real time. I had always imagined the SW prequels would have a more vintage retro look.
Lucas somewhat captured that particularly with the deco style Naboo ships, the fins on the troopers etc, still I wish he'd gone further.


Also 70s Jango Fett : Charles Bronson needs it's own spin-off franchise.
