K.E.V.I.N., Season 2... More comedy, better court scenes, and more episodes!

What a bonkers finale, lol!!!! This show was fun though.

I think for season 2, biggest change I would like to see is better legal scenes. The actual court scenes felt small and very sitcom esque. But keep the tone and everything else!

Hmmm. I'm a bit conflicted about the ending.
I'm not at all opposed to the big fourth wall break, but I do feel it didn't fit as well with the rest of the show.

Like, I think it could've been great if the show had integrated the fourth wall breaking more. Or had set out to build it up, so every time the next episode comes around you could be surprised that they're going even further with it than before. But having mostly just Jen talking to the camera about the story sometimes throughout the show makes it feel kind of out of nowhere right now.

And at the end of the day it leaves me a bit unsatisfied with the actual plot that had been built up. Like, the episode dealt with how Jen's anger last episode affected her legally, how it cost her her job, etc. but it spent pretty much no time dealing with how her invasion of privacy impacted her emotionally beyond the initial moment at the gala. which I think was needed especially in the "rewritten" version of the story where it's about Jen just dealing with the harassment rather than forcing a big superpowered confrontation. With the "rewrites" she makes K.E.V.I.N. do the whole setup with the blood also is now retroactively throwaway, so that's the setup in episode 1, the attack of the Wrecking Crew, and the cliffhanger endings of both episodes with Josh retroactively not really leading to anything. Emil ended up pretty much where he started the season, and for what? Because he felt he needed to transform into the Abomination to give his motivational speeches? The return of Hulk and introduction of Skaar also felt really tacked on and if they're not going to do more with it in the show they might as well've just waited to actually do it "in the movie" like they said.

I don't know, I feel a bit like either the fourth wall breaking should've been a bigger part of the whole show, or they should've given a more satisfying conclusion for the plot set up in past episodes.

I wonder what they're even going to do with Skaar. Imo he'd best work in just a "Special Presentation" that's him being the Conan the Barbarian of the Sakaarian wastelands, because none of his stuff on earth has ever really been interesting. I'm worried they're having him replace Hulkling though, which I really wouldn't like...

I feel like they Iron Man 3'd us again, in a way... they get us amped up for a big bad reveal, and it's just Todd?? I'm supposed to believe that Todd was the Wrecking Crews "boss"??? Just like they did with All Hail the King, I feel like they need to have the real Hulk-King confront Todd in prison for impersonating him.

And I'm beginning to wonder who is guarding the NYC Sanctum Sanctorum. Because clearly Wong isn't. And I doubt Dr Strange is.

They better find a way to have Abomination in the Thunderbolts. And get rid of Tim Roth's regular voice.

But the episode wasn't all bad. K.E.V.I.N. was hilarious! And it even had Feige's trademark baseball cap on! That was brilliant.

Okay well that was definitely a very different finale than I was expecting but it was insanely entertaining nonetheless and while I'm sure it's going to be pretty divisive for some I have to admit that it got me pretty excited for a Season 2 and hopefully it won't be too long before see more of Jen/She-Hulk in the near future.

I really wasn't sure about this show at first, but the second half was a lot of fun IMO although I do wish they incorporated more of the meta stuff if they were going to go this hard with it in the finale.

That being said the introduction of Matt Murdock has given me hope that we could have some really great She-Hulk interactions with other heroes going forward and I really can't wait for that.

At this point I could honestly watch a whole series revolving around Charlie Cox and Tatiania Maslany just hanging out with each other having fun without all the superhero stuff going on.

There’s a lot I liked this ep, but there’s no two ways about it, Skaar’s design is bad and they should feel bad for going through with it.

But hopefully in the Hulk….movie(?) that we’ll see him in next, they’ll have fixed it.

Seriously the whole K.E.V.I.N. conversation was pure gold.

Who needs the Beyonder for Secret Wars when we have him.
