The trailer for the ugliest superhero movie played before the prettiest. It was some great irony.

Made a good attempt at my life.

God, what a great movie. Theater was pleasantly full. And given the reaction to the "To be continued", I think there is going to be plenty of anticipation for Beyond the Spider-verse. Definitely going to be needing it on bluray to catch all the references, but good lord, what an amazing movie.

The funny thing is, NWH tried to steal from ITSV, and then ATSV just upped it up beyond NWH. It being a Part 1 makes it hard for me to put it above ITSV, but it was an amazing movie, with just incredible animation. Gwen's world was just amazing what they did with the colors.

I am going to see this so many times.

I'm confused why you keep on talking about "stealing" with NWH. Let's forget that Sony wanted the mutliverse NWH in the first place. Neither of these are an "original idea". They both ripped off a video game.

LOL, I didn’t realize I had two different hype pages open on my phone (this one and a thread in the Superman forum) as I was looking up whether David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan had ever been in anything together. Turns out Corenswet was in an episode of House of Cards, which was where Brosnahan got her big break. I made a post about that but opened the wrong window and didn’t realize it until after it went up.

OK! So as someone who very much liked Into the Spider Verse i didnt think it was the God tier level cbm that everyone else seemed to think it was.

Across the Spiderverse though, LAWD what a MOVIE! Absolute masterclass. This thing is going to be a big ol hit. Wow.
