I'll give this episode this. It's by far the most compelling so far, and I think a big reason for that is no Ahsoka and actual fun mysticism.

I'm getting blue Data from Star Trek TNG vibes from Thrawn but Mikkelsen is a commanding presence so I'll let the makeup slide.

Also, Morgan Elsbeth is the worst Star Wars name of all time. Sounds like a corporate raider or Suits villain.

They should've called this show Sabine, and it would be so much better.

Also, is that suppose to be the wolf from Rebels?

The fights on this show are really terrible.

The contacts game is just as bad as the make-up. That or someone has been consuming vast amounts of spice in exile.

The reunion was so damn weird and tame. I also hate these, "remember me". No, I don't. Because you've never been this character until this show.

Nice to hear a character sound like themselves.

The best episode of the show, easily. Not saying much, but it was good for the most part. Most compelling characters on this show are Sabine, not-Jedi, and Thrawn. I dread Ahsoka's return next week.

Those Thrawn Troopers are hardcore.

Easily the best episode, given we spent most of it hanging out with the characters I'm enjoying. What they're doing with Sabine has been interesting and I want to see more from Baylan and Shin. The other galaxy stuff seems kinda... eh so far. I do hope there's more to it because it kinda just feels like it could be any uncharted world. But I enjoyed this one, which is the first time I think I can say that for this show. So credit. Shame Ahsoka will be back next week. Feels weird to dread the return of a favourite character.

Extremely funny to me though when Ezra comes back and the music swells like I'm supposed to recognize him and like I've never seen this man in my life.
