I'm a creature of habit too. I always go to that theater, unless it's an independent film with a limited release (in which case I go to a small art-house cinema near my apartment). And I see about 15-20 movies a year. It may not seem like much on an individual level, but I'm a customer that spends roughly $300 a year at that theater. Probably a hell of a lot more than that, since I rarely go to the movies alone and I often see certain movies more than one time. I am a very frequent patron.
So I told the manager that another cinema chain will be getting that money. I doubt he cared, but I felt the need to say it. I'll be damned to the deepest and darkest circle of hell before I pay one more cent to have that sort of experience ever again. My free time is mine to spend and to enjoy, and it's a credit to this movie's quality that the evening wasn't a complete disaster.
